ROOM WITH SEPARATE REST CABINS Field of the invention
The present invention refers to a cabin with independent rest cabins, conceived to offer a place of rest and rest to people who, due to certain circumstances, for example, for reasons of time or distance, cannot or do not wish to access a traditional establishment. , such as a hotel or similar.
The object of the cabin of the invention is to be able to offer, in a relatively reduced space, a large number of cabins sized and equipped with means to allow a person to rest and rest, for a determined, generally short period of time.
The construction of the invention is of special application in airports, railway stations, and in general in spaces of transit of people who cannot access a hotel or residence for reasons of distance, lack of time, etc. Background of the invention
For the proposed purpose, rooms are already known in the form of units
individual units that are installed separately in a number of finished, depending on the
intended use, in transit locations, for example at airports and strategic points
traffic.
In all cases, the rooms proposed offer conditions for
relatively low comfort users. Most of them for being
designed so that users must remain in a sitting or semi-sitting position
sitting.
On the other hand, as the rooms are conceived as constructions
Independent, they require a relatively large surface area for their installation.
As antecedents in the aforementioned sense, the following can be cited
patents: DE102004013445A, Fr2556029A1, US4826245A and WO2011135114. Description of the invention
The object of the present invention is to solve the problems set out, by means of a cabin designed in such a way that on a relatively small surface it can include a series of individual cabins, in a much greater number than if said cabins were conceived as independent constructions.
Another object of the invention is to be able to offer individual cabins in which users can adopt a sitting or lying position according to user preferences, with maximum convenience and comfort.
A further object of the invention is to provide each booth with the necessary means to be able to offer users sufficient services for the relatively short times or periods of use of said booth by the user.
According to the invention, the cabin is made up of a supporting structure, a series of independent modular cabins that are habitable, which are mounted on the supporting structures, and an envelope that surrounds the supporting structure, isolating the set of cabins from the outside space.
The supporting structure is composed of vertical columns, for example, based on double T profiles, which are arranged in at least two parallel alignments in which they are transversely faced in equidistant positions along said alignments. In a possible embodiment, the supporting structure can be constituted by two parallel rows of columns, in which they are faced in pairs, equidistant along both lines. Between the two rows of columns will be arranged a row of cabins on one or two floors. The supporting structure can also be made up of three rows of columns, allowing the arrangement of two rows of cabins.
The columns of the supporting structure have at least one intermediate support, located at the same height in all the columns, on which the modular cabins are mounted and rest.
Preferably, the vertical columns will have an anchoring plate attached to the surface on which the cabin is mounted at their lower end.
With this arrangement, between every four consecutive columns belonging to two rows of columns, a cabin is assembled, forming the set of cabins, a row located on one or more floors, depending on the number of supports of the columns.
In the double T profiles, the supports for the cabins can be made up of transverse plates that are mounted and welded in openings made in the web of the profiles and that protrude with respect to the vertical edges of the wings of said profiles in separate sections that constitute On both sides of the profiles, the supports for the cabins.
Each modular cabin comprises a base or resistant floor on which a cover composed of walls and ceiling is mounted, adopting a straight rectangular prismatic configuration. The booths are arranged consecutively in each row of booths, with a slight separation between consecutive booths for mounting the insulating panels, lighting wiring, ventilation installations, etc. In one of the free walls, each cabin has an access code with a door, for example, with a sliding door.
Each cabin will be sized to accommodate the components of a bed, in a horizontal position, which can be folded to decide on a seat. In addition, each cabin will have lighting, electrical outlets, as well as any other element that helps to offer a comfortable stay.
The cabin cover, made up of walls and roof, can also include layers of insulating material, both acoustic and thermal.
The resistant base of the cabin will have four holes, positioned to coincide with the four holes in the supports on which each cabin rests and will receive, through each pair of facing holes, an anchor bolt with a locking nut.
The envelope that surrounds the set of booths consists of a vertical wall that has at least one access door and is separated from the set of booths, at least on one side, towards which the entrance door of the booths will be located, to define an access corridor with the row of cabins. Furthermore, between this vertical wall and the row of booths there may be, in alignment with said row, gaps for the installation of certain services.
In the cabin of the invention, the structural resistance of the assembly is provided by the vertical pillars that make up the resistant structure. Modular cabs are not designed as a supporting structure, beyond the structural strength necessary to support its own components and the person who may occupy it. In this way, the dimensions of the double T profiles that constitute the pillars of the resistant construction will be a function of the number of cabins to be supported. Brief description of the drawings
A non-limiting example of embodiment is shown in the attached drawings, being:

- Figure 8 a perspective of the assembly of the cabins in the resistant structure. Description of an embodiment
Figures 1 and 2 show, schematically, a cabin constituted according to the invention, which comprises a resistant structure formed by vertical columns (1), a series of cabins (2), arranged in two rows
(3) attached in the embodiment of figure 1, and on one or more floors (4), figure 2, mounted on the columns (1).
The columns (1) can be finished at the bottom, figures 4 and 5, in an anchor plate (5) provided with holes (6) for the passage of fixing bolts.
The set described is surrounded by an envelope (7) that is separated from said set to define, between them, access corridors (8) and openings for services such as maintenance cupboards (9), dressing rooms (10), boxes (11 ) for luggage, etc. Furthermore, the enclosure (7) will have an access door (12), in which a user interface (13) can be installed, through which the logical management of the cabin will be controlled.
As shown in figure 3, the set of components described can include a single row of cabins (2) and be attached to one of the walls (14) belonging to the enclosure or building in which the cabin is installed, even to a of the walls of the enclosure (7).
Figure 4 shows the construction of the resistant structure based on alignments (14) of columns (1), arranged in two parallel alignments, being faced by equidistant pairs in both alignments. In figure 1 the cabin comprises three rows (14) of columns (1), on which the cabins (2) are mounted in two rows (3) and floors (4) while in figure 3 the resistant structure of the cabin It is made up of only two rows (14) of columns (1) and on them the cabins (2) are arranged in a single row (3) and on one or two floors.
Figure 5 shows one of the columns (1), made up of a double T profile, which has openings (15) in the web in which a support is arranged and fixed in a transverse position, which, as shown In figure 6, it can be composed of two plates of different lengths, a plate (16) of shorter length and a plate (17) of greater length, attached and joined together and that are mounted in a transverse position in the opening (15 ) of the columns (1) and are fixed by welding, the longest plate (17) protruding on both sides of the column, with respect to the longitudinal edges (18) of the profile wings, figure 7, in portions that define supports (19) for the cabins (2), each with a hole (20).
The opening (15) and set of plates (16-17) will be located in the columns (1) in number and height corresponding to the cabin floors (2) of the passenger compartment.
Figure 8 shows the installation of the cabins (2) in the resistant structure composed of the columns (1). In this case, two floors are arranged aligned in a row on each floor, each cabin (2) being mounted on four supports (19).
Each cabin (2) is made up of a resistant base (21), for example, made of aluminum, which will have holes facing the holes (20) of the supports (19), to introduce an anchor bolt through them . Between the supports (19) and the resistant base (21) an epoxy resin layer can be arranged to achieve greater lateral stability.
On the resistant base (21) the cabin (22) is mounted, composed of side walls and roof. Between consecutive cabins (2) there is a space (23) that allows the placement of an insulating material, wiring and ventilation installations, etc.
On the resistant base (21) a frame (24) is arranged on which the cabin furniture is mounted.
The envelope (7), figures 1 to 3, separates and isolates the set of cabins from the environment in which the cabin is installed and creates an isolated and intimate internal environment.
In the event that the cabins (2) are arranged on two or more floors, the
5 cabin will have access stairs for the upper floors, for example, spiral stairs that would give access to a false floor that would form a corridor on each floor, with which the vertical configuration would be respected that, in theory, could be repeated in " N ”times.
The cabins (2) can be accessed through any of their free walls, front or side, through a hole with a closing sliding door.
The envelope (7), of a suitable nature and height, will serve as a barrier to isolate the interior of the cabin visually and acoustically from the exterior, providing privacy and comfort to the interior space.
The booths could also be arranged on each floor in two alignments 15 between which an intermediate access corridor could remain.
